Dr Gary Hotton is Consultant Neurologist and Neuro-oncologist at the National Hospital of Neurology and Neurosurgery and the North Middlesex Hospital. Within the field of general neurology Dr Hotton has specialist interest in the assessment and treatment of patients with a wide range of conditions such as headache, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, dizzy spells, peripheral neuropathy, Parkinson's disease and tremor.

In addition he specializes in the assessment and management of patients with brain tumors and patients who develop neurological symptoms in the context of cancer elsewhere in their body. He is also a core member of the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery Neuro-oncology Multi-Disciplinary Team.
